Our sweet and savoury breakfast buffet is served every morning from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM. Homemade products and local specialities come together in a buffet that combines the pleasure of good food with a beautifully presented table.
Let yourself be tempted by the unmistakable aroma of freshly baked cakes, warm croissants from our continental breakfast, the freshness of seasonal fruit and the aroma of freshly ground coffee.
Our automatic Gaggia coffee machine prepares a variety of coffee specialities to suit every preference, including plant-based drinks such as oat milk.
The buffet is constantly checked and replenished to offer all our guests a complete, fresh and balanced selection. Protein, carbohydrates and fibre provide the body with the right energy to start the day.
Sweet
Homemade- At least five homemade cakes, such as traditional ring cake, tarts, carrot cake, apple cake, orange cake, chocolate cake and buckwheat cake.
- Plain croissants, mini baked goods and pastries, shortbread biscuits, orange and extra virgin olive oil biscuits, wholemeal rusks and cookies.
- A selection of jams, including cherry, peach, orange and mixed berries, accompanied by honey, chocolate spread and pistachio cream.
- Natural yogurt and fruit yogurt.
- Four varieties of cereals: corn, chocolate, puffed rice and oats with dried fruit.
- Nuts, seeds, superfoods, fresh, dried or preserved fruit, perfect with yogurt or milk.
Savoury
Tuscan Flavours- Olive oil rolls and authentic PDO Tuscan bread.
- A selection of Tuscan cured meats, including prosciutto crudo, Tuscan salami, capocollo and cooked ham.
- PDO Pienza Pecorino, Fontina and fresh spreadable cheese.
- Hard-boiled eggs.
- Fresh cherry tomatoes and baby lettuce.
Drinks
For Every Morning- Fruit juices in blood orange, ACE and green apple flavours.
- A wide selection of teas and herbal infusions.
- Freshly ground coffee and a variety of hot drinks prepared with our automatic coffee machine.
- Plant-based drinks, including oat milk.
