What is Himalayan Salt?
It is one of the purest natural, unrefined salts, with a history dating back 250 million years. It is free from pollutants and contains as many as 84 minerals and trace elements. The salt we have chosen comes from Pakistan and is handcrafted. It has a distinctive color ranging from pale pink to pastel pink. This coloring is due to its high iron content, a mineral that plays a key role in the human body. It provides an immediate sense of natural well-being and can be enjoyed by anyone, as it has no contraindications.
It is particularly beneficial for those exposed to urban air pollution caused by smog and to the tension created by the stress of everyday life. It is especially recommended for people with allergies, smokers, and those with asthma. It may also be particularly beneficial for those who are more prone to seasonal ailments, such as upper respiratory conditions, especially children.
